It's my experience that the true source of stress in the body starts in the mind, and left untreated, echoes out into the body. While relaxation is my focus and specialty, I am also proficient in deep tissue and trigger point work, targeting adhesions in the muscles that cause pain and dysfunction. I have also been certified with hot stones and cupping therapy.
