Our clinic offers a unique opportunity to receive a professional, therapeutic massage while supporting the education and clinical training of the next generation of massage therapists. Every session is performed by student massage therapists who have successfully completed extensive classroom instruction and hands-on training and are now developing their clinical skills through supervised client care.

To ensure a safe, professional, and high-quality experience, Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) and experienced instructors are present during all clinic hours. They provide guidance, supervision, and support to our student therapists while helping maintain the high standards of care UCHA has proudly upheld for more than 30 years.

Each appointment begins with a confidential health consultation and discussion of your wellness goals. Your student therapist will customize your session to address your individual needs while demonstrating the communication, professionalism, and therapeutic techniques expected of a licensed massage therapist.

About Your 60-Minute Session

A 60-minute massage appointment includes approximately 50 minutes of hands-on massage time. The remaining 10 minutes are reserved for your pre-session consultation, getting on and off the table, and post-session recommendations. This allows your therapist to provide personalized care while keeping appointments running comfortably and on time.

Student Clinic Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Our Student Massage Clinic sessions are offered at a reduced rate to give our students the hands-on experience and completed sessions required for their education. Although your session is offered at a low cost, your appointment is extremely valuable to our students.

When a client cancels at the last minute or does not show up, the student loses an important opportunity to complete a required clinical session, and that appointment time is often impossible to fill on short notice.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. However, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment or fail to provide adequate cancellation notice may forfeit the payment made for that session. The payment may be retained and will not be applied toward a future appointment.

Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows may also result in restrictions on booking future Student Clinic sessions.

Please remember: Low cost does not mean low value. Your appointment matters to our students, their education, and their ability to complete their clinical requirements.
