As a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist, I have been practicing prenatal/postpartum and therapeutic massage, energy work, and doula services since 2016. I blend therapeutic relief with deep relaxation, combining your specific input with my keen intuition to achieve lasting results. My practice integrates an array of skills, including craniosacral therapy, sports massage, and reflexology.

As a dedicated doula, I expertly support clients through the physical changes of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I also bring deep compassion and specialized support for those navigating Postpartum Depression and PTSD, integrating Reiki when helpful to aid the healing process.

Outside of work, I recharge in nature with family and friends—whether camping, paddleboarding, or relaxing by a fire pit. I look forward to helping you achieve your ideal relaxation.
