If you're looking for a massage therapist who truly understands the changing needs of pregnancy and motherhood, you're in the right place. I'm Amy, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Doula, and I've been helping clients feel better through pregnancy massage, therapeutic massage and holistic care since 2016.

My passion is supporting women through every stage of their journey—from trying to conceive to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Your body is doing incredible work, and it deserves care that is just as thoughtful. Every massage is customized to your body's unique needs, helping relieve common discomforts such as back pain, hip pain, sciatic pain, neck and shoulder tension, swelling, and stress while creating space for you to relax, reconnect, and prepare for birth and new beginnings.

As both a specialist in prenatal massage and Doula, I understand the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, comfortable, and cared for throughout every session. Whether you're in your first trimester, nearing your due date, or recovering after birth, I'll tailor your massage to support where you are today.

While prenatal massage and postpartum massage are my specialties, I also work with clients experiencing chronic pain, injuries, headaches, muscle tension, or simply the need to slow down and recharge. Every session is personalized because no two bodies—or pregnancies—are the same.

My advanced training includes Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, and other therapeutic techniques. By combining evidence-informed bodywork with an intuitive approach, I create treatments that not only relieve pain but also promote balance, relaxation, and lasting wellness.

I have a special place in my heart for supporting new mothers during the postpartum period. Whether you're healing after birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or navigating postpartum anxiety, depression, trauma, or PTSD, my goal is to provide compassionate care that helps you feel supported both physically and emotionally.

When I'm not in the treatment room, you'll usually find me outside with my family and friends—camping, paddleboarding on the lake, rockhounding or relaxing around a fire. I believe healing happens in many ways, and sometimes the most powerful medicine is simply feeling cared for.

Whether you're searching for pregnancy massage, prenatal massage, postpartum massage, or therapeutic massage to ease pain and restore balance, I'm here to help you feel more comfortable in your body, more connected to yourself, and supported every step of the way. I look forward to being part of your wellness journey.
