With 10 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Personal Trainer, I created YinTensional LLC around the belief that lasting well-being comes from finding balance between restoration and movement.

Through intentional massage, stretching, and strength training, YinTensional LLC brings restoration and movement together to help relieve tension, improve mobility, build strength, and support a more balanced body.

My approach looks beyond a single area of discomfort to consider how your body feels, moves, and functions as a whole. Whether you need time to slow down and restore or guidance to move and become stronger, each experience is tailored to your individual needs.

The goal of YinTensional LLC is to help you restore with intention, move with purpose, and create a stronger foundation for your overall well-being and quality of life.
