Driven Recovery is a wellness and recovery-focused massage therapy practice currently being developed by Joseph, a massage therapy student at National Holistic Institute (NHI). With a passion for movement, recovery, and helping others feel their best, Driven Recovery is built around providing thoughtful, individualized bodywork tailored to each person's needs and goals.

As part of my ongoing massage therapy education and hands-on training, I am continuing to develop my skills in Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, and additional massage modalities. My approach focuses on creating a comfortable and professional experience while applying techniques appropriate to my current level of training.

At this stage, Driven Recovery is focused on educational practice and continued professional development. Sessions offered during my student training are for educational and practice purposes and are not currently offered as paid professional massage services. As my education progresses, Driven Recovery will continue to grow with the goal of providing personalized massage and recovery-focused services in the future.
