Hi, I’m Sheila, a licensed massage therapist with over 25 years of experience helping people move better, feel better, and relax. I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage while also offering therapeutic massage tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Every session is personalized and may incorporate techniques such as Swedish massage, cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy, or focused therapeutic work to support pain relief, recovery, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing swelling, addressing chronic tension, or simply taking time for self-care, my goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care in a welcoming environment where you can truly relax and heal.
