Hi, I'm Taylor!

For the past fifteen years, I've had the privilege of helping people reconnect with their bodies through intentional, therapeutic massage. I believe healing is about more than relieving pain in the moment—it's about creating lasting change through mindful care, movement, and alignment.

Throughout my career, I've worked with clients from all walks of life, helping them recover from injuries, reduce chronic pain, improve posture, manage stress, and restore balance in their bodies. I've also had the honor of supporting women throughout pregnancy, helping them prepare physically for labor and recover with greater comfort and care during the postpartum period.

My journey into massage therapy began while volunteering at an elderly women's home in Brazil. Although we didn't share a common language, I discovered that compassion and healing don't always require words. That experience inspired me to pursue massage therapy, and I've never looked back.

At Intentional Wellness, I offer both in-home massage appointments and treatments in my private home spa, creating personalized sessions tailored to your individual goals. Every treatment is thoughtfully designed because no two bodies—and no two healing journeys—are exactly alike.

Intentional Wellness is more than the name of my business—it's the foundation of everything I do. I believe every meaningful change begins with intention. Whether your goal is to move without pain, improve your posture, recover from an injury, prepare for birth, heal postpartum, or simply feel more at home in your body, healing starts with making the decision to invest in yourself.

My role isn't simply to perform a massage—it's to listen, observe, educate, and help your body do what it was designed to do: heal. Through intentional bodywork, thoughtful movement, and a focus on alignment, my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling not only better, but more connected to yourself.
