My practice lives in the liminal space where Eastern healing traditions and Western movement science meet. By blending Osteo-Thai bodywork with assisted stretching, I honor the roots of Osteo-Thai while integrating the evidence-informed principles of Western sports medicine.

Through gentle joint mobilization, assisted stretching, dynamic movement, and sustained fascia work, I create the conditions for greater mobility, ease, and balance. Fascia is encouraged to unwind, joints find space, and the body is supported in moving with greater freedom.

Yet my work extends beyond the physical body. I believe our bodies hold the stories of our lives; the experiences, emotions, and patterns that shape how we move through the world. Rather than separating the physical from the emotional or spiritual, I welcome the whole person onto my mat.

This is not simply a stretching session. It is a collaborative practice of listening to your body, your breath, and the wisdom you already carry within.
