Bodywork is one of the most important things anyone can do to keep themselves in optimum condition-whether it's for relaxation, stress relief, sports conditioning, pain relief or healing post-surgery. Here at Bodywork by Jessika, we're giving you a no-frills, quality bodywork experience that will garner lasting and effective results quickly.

Jessika has been in the bodywork industry for over 20 years and holds a biology degree in Therapeutic Massage. She holds a number of certifications in essential bodywork techniques such as Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, Post-surgery therapy, Neuromuscular therapy, Reiki, Assisted Stretching, Treatment for cancer patients before during and after treatment, Migraine Therapy, TMJ Therapy, etc. Her experience includes working in clinical settings directly with professional athletes, doctors, chiropractors, neurologists, naturopathic doctors, and physical therapists.

Jessika takes clients in her clients' homes to maximize convenience and availability. We do not come to hotel rooms.

For safety reasons, and to rule out potential predators, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance booking. Clients must be fully vetted and will be required to fill out intake and acknowledgment forms prior to their first appointment, which will be sent by email.
