As a certified personal trainer, functional movement specialist, PPSC-certified pain-free performance specialist, and Reiki energy healer — with a background in kinesiology and exercise science — I don't offer one-size-fits-all sessions. I build custom programs around what your body actually needs: pain relief, performance, nervous system recovery, or deep meditative rest through guided sound bath work.
