Pain is a message from your brain that something is not right. The quality of the pain and it's position, depends on many factors such as; how it got there, where did it start, how long has it been there, and what makes it worse or better.

The chronic or severity of the pain has gotten your awareness, now the journey to resolve that pain has gotten complicated. The many answers and suggestions, only makes it more complicated.

I am not the total answer, I might be at the start of this journey or any place along the line of trying to get pain relief. Either way, I consider myself as a piece of the puzzle, a partner, a faciltater, working to make a difference. My sixteen plus years of practice and continuing education, along with the constant drive to understand the human body and mind gives me the edge.
