As a Licensed Massage Therapist certified in the Vodder Technique of Manual Lymph Drainage, I provide personalized mobile wellness services designed around your individual needs. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is the heart of my practice, supporting healthy lymphatic function, reducing swelling and edema, promoting relaxation, and encouraging your body’s natural healing processes.

When appropriate, I also incorporate therapeutic massage, Reiki, hot stone therapy, cupping, aromatherapy, meditation, and breathwork to create a session that is uniquely yours.

Whether you’re seeking relief from swelling, pregnancy-related edema, muscular tension, stress, or simply a peaceful space to recharge, my goal is for you to feel heard, cared for, and renewed.
