I am a Massage Therapy Apprentice passionate about supporting clients through a calm, natural approach to bodywork and nervous system regulation. I am learning evidence-informed techniques that emphasize relaxation, breath, and gentle, intuitive touch to help reduce stress, improve comfort, and restore a sense of safety in the body.

Outside of training, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and leisure activities that help me stay grounded, such as spending time in nature, mindful movement, and winding down with restorative hobbies.

My future goal is to grow as a therapist specializing in nervous system–informed massage, expanding my skills through continued education, and building a practice focused on long-term well-being. I plan to focus on building trust, listening closely to each client’s needs, and tailoring sessions for overall wellness.
