Bodywork | Movement | Sonic Experience

With great attention to the flow & connection to the body & mind, I specialize in deep, integrated massage that is intended to open & relax the tension and .strain experienced from the daily stress & routine. Focusing on comprehensive bodywork, increasing movement with mobility & stretching, and the integration of how the energy & sound flow with the process.

I'm a 2026 graduate of the Indiana Academy of Massage, I've worked a nuimber of different careers prior that has allowed me the experience and perspective to troubleshoot the many ways you may be experiencing & dealing with pain.

I'm located on the south side of Indianapolis with the ability to travel to your location, I am also available Tuesdays and Saturdays at Bella Pilates & Massage in Plainfield, IN.

In addition to massage work, I do arborist work and bicycle repair. I hike, bike, paddleboard a lot. But mostly I like to read on my porch with my cats.

I would love to connect and discuss how we may release what may be holding you back!
