Her expertise extends to treating Orthopedic myofascial issues like back & neck pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, piriformis syndrome/sciatica, plantar fasciitis - making her a go-to therapist for relief and wellness. Her main goal is to help clients feel safe, supported, heard & understood.

Helen is a graduate of Bodymechanics Myotherapy and Massage School in Vancouver, WA. She has massage experience at local chiropractic and massage clinics where she built lasting client relationships.

She holds two B.S. degrees from University of Washington and Washington State University in chemical engineering & biology and worked many years in the medical & tech industries. Her unique experience facilitates a blending of science with bodywork, uncovering root cause and driving to resolution.

She loves to learn and is constantly picking up new techniques & modalities to perfect her skills and more effectively serve clients. She is currently studying Structural Integration at Inner Dynamics Alliance for Structural Integration (IDA-SI) in Portland.
