Listening to the body. Supporting its natural capacity to heal.

Therapeutic Massage • CranioSacral Therapy • Nervous System Care

Since graduating from the New School for Massage, Bodywork & Healing in Chicago in 2005, Shambhavi has been practicing and continually refining the art of listening to the body. Her foundational training includes Natural Therapeutics Bodywork, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology, and a broad range of therapeutic bodywork techniques.

Driven by a lifelong passion for learning and a deep curiosity about the body's capacity to heal, she has continued to expand her practice through advanced training in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy (Levels 1 & 2) and SomatoEmotional Release (SER 1). She is also certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, allowing her to safely and compassionately support clients through every stage of life.

Drawing from more than two decades of experience, Shambhavi integrates therapeutic massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Thai Bodywork, Breathwork, and Reiki. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, honoring the body's innate wisdom and capacity for healing while supporting pain relief, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
