Hi, I’m Angela Askew, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over nine years of experience helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy most.

My passion for pain relief goes beyond simply treating sore muscles. I believe lasting results come from identifying and addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to discomfort and dysfunction. Through advanced training in therapeutic massage, pain relief techniques, and N.L.P.R. (Next Level Pain Relief), I take a whole-body approach to help uncover the source of pain rather than focusing solely on symptoms.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, headaches, neck and shoulder tension, low back discomfort, postural imbalances, or movement restrictions, each session is customized to meet your unique needs and goals.

I am committed to continuing my education and expanding my skills to better serve my clients. Most recently, I completed advanced training in kinetic chain patterns for complicated shoulder conditions, further enhancing my ability to help clients with complex pain presentations.
