I work with my clients while they are fully clothed, so please wear something comfortable like gym clothes.

I can help bridge the subconscious and conscious by having a conversation with the mind, body, spirit. In my experience, I find it rare that one technique or person can provide everything that a person needs to heal. I am part of the well resourced healing community of Life. My own healing of my experience with fibromyalgia taught me much about the wisdom of feeling my feelings, loving myself and practicing self care to regulate my nervous system and cultivate a love of life and people. What I have learned and what I continue to learn from my experience, as well as from my clients, is a benefit for all. I love to learn and have much training and practice to add to my highly intuitive nature. I also participate in weekly trades with skilled colleagues which furthers my practical understanding and gives me many trusted resources. I believe that each person is unique and I foster an environment of curiosity with finding what works for each individual. I enjoy a myriad of activities and interests and I am constantly inspired to facilitate new events.
