Hi, I'm Amanda Joosten, LMT, Founder of EverLife Functional Wellness Center.

My mission is to help you succeed in achieving lasting health, improved functional mobility, and a better quality of life—without disrupting the life you've worked so hard to build. Wellness shouldn't feel overwhelming or unrealistic. Through personalized, evidence-informed care, I'll help you integrate simple, sustainable habits into your daily routine that support your goals and fit your busy lifestyle. I believe meaningful progress doesn't always require dramatic change; often, small, intentional changes made consistently can lead to remarkable long-term results. Together, we'll create a plan that helps you move better, feel better, live better, and continue doing the activities that matter most for years to come.

Every session is personalized to your unique needs, goals, and stage of life. Whether you're seeking pain relief, stress reduction, improved mobility, enhanced recovery, or support maintaining an active, independent lifestyle, we'll work together to develop an approach that fits both your body and your schedule. Through a thoughtful blend of therapeutic massage, evidence-informed bodywork techniques, movement education, and functional mobility principles, my goal is not only to help you feel better during your visit, but to empower you with practical strategies that promote lasting results beyond the treatment room.

At EverLife, I believe the greatest investment you can make is in your long-term health and quality of life. My commitment is to provide the education, support, and personalized care you need to build sustainable habits, improve confidence in your movement, and achieve meaningful success—one step at a time.

Helping you move better, feel better, and live better.
