I've been growing in the wellness field for 18 years. It has been a passion of mine continuing to learn and serve those wanting peace from personal trials and freedom from health constraints. I've been on a healing journey of my own and have endured the ups and downs that come with life. We all have them - I hope to take all that I've learned personally & professionally to be able to share it to make the next person's path a little softer and gentler.

I am Licensed and Certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Meditation, Yoga, Health & Wellness Coaching, Reiki ll Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, Myofascial Release, Sports, Cupping, Prenatal, Pediatric, & Geriatric Massage. I've earned my Bachelors degree in Art & Psychology from the University of Nebraska - Omaha. In that time, I gained valuable hands on experience working in the fields of mental health, human services, childhood development, and community wellness. I've since advanced my knowledge and specialty in helping patients reduce & even eliminate chronic pain.

It is a great honor to share all of my experience and expertise with our community. Aiming to make a difference in the world by helping alleviate pain & suffering that consumes us and can feel it's taking over our life. I serve with a trauma-informed lens. Extending empathy and true connection. I've been fully trained to equip those seeking care with tools that are evidenced based to lessen physical pain, emotional distress, and increases overall quality of life!
