I believe everyone deserves a place where they can slow down, feel cared for, and step away from the constant demands of everyday life. After completing over 340 hours of professional training and becoming certified in foot reflexology, I opened my reflexology studio to provide the kind of experience I've always looked for in bodywork: a calming sanctuary where clients can prioritize their well-being.

I offer professional foot Reflexology with optional vibroacoustic therapy and aromatherapy in Augusta, Maine. The studio is modern, clean, welcoming and offers several free parking options and complimentary refreshments. Every session is tailored to the individual, whether you're seeking deep relaxation, dedicated self-care time, or simply an opportunity to unplug and recharge.

Many of my clients incorporate reflexology into their wellness routine as a way to manage everyday stress and create intentional time for themselves. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, refreshed, and cared for.

Whether this is your first reflexology session or you're already familiar with its benefits, I'd love to welcome you. Online booking makes it easy to view my current availability and reserve a time that works for your schedule. I look forward to helping you carve out an hour (or more) that's just for you.
