Hello, welcome to Psalm Spa!

My name is Anna, I am the owner and operator of Psalm Spa, and I am so excited to serve you in the central Wisconsin area!

I got into massage with the want to help others- having chronic pain myself and a lot of others I knew did too, I wanted to learn how to actively help my community and help you to start moving more freely!

I am offering--

Deep tissue massage - Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique designed to target chronic muscle tension and connective tissue (fascia). It involves slow, deliberate strokes and firm pressure to release rigid tissue, reduce inflammation, and break up adhesions or "muscle knots".
Swedish (Relaxation) massage - It uses long, flowing strokes and light to moderate pressure to calm the body and mind. It
is designed to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
