With more than 21 years of experience, I create personalized treatment plans designed to release tension, restore balance, and help counter the effects of what can feel like premature aging.

As a Nationally Board-Certified practitioner, I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge through advanced training in a variety of healing modalities.

I am a certified Upledger Cranial Sacral Therapist, Hankock Cranio Somatic Pracitioner and Reiki Master. I integrate these holistic approaches to support the health of the mind, body, and energetic spirit body.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy traveling, kayaking, practicing Pilates, and spending time in nature, where I find inspiration and renewal. I am passionate about lifelong learning and personal growth, and I am always seeking new ways to deepen my understanding and better serve those who entrust me with their care.
