I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist dedicated to helping clients improve their health, mobility, and overall quality of life. Since 2007, I have provided personalized, therapeutic care focused on pain management, healing, and wellness.

With nearly two decades of experience, I specialize in therapeutic massage, pain management, and lymphatic care. I work with clients experiencing chronic pain, muscle tension, injury recovery, postural imbalances, stress-related discomfort, and swelling associated with lymphedema or surgery. Each session is customized to address your specific concerns and help you achieve meaningful, lasting results.

As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, I have advanced training in the treatment and management of lymphedema and edema, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and comprehensive lymphatic care. My goal is to help reduce swelling, improve circulation, restore comfort, and support your body’s natural healing processes.

Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, managing lymphedema, or simply looking to relax and recharge, I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a welcoming environment.
