Soul Alignment Massage is a holistic, deeply restorative experience that bridges the gap between physical healing and spiritual growth. By combining the fluid, rhythmic forearm waves of traditional Lomi Lomi massage with strong influences of traditional Swedish technique, this session treats your entire being—body, mind, and soul.

Through gentle dialogue, intention setting, and continuous, wave-like bodywork, we clear the energetic and physical blocks that keep you feeling stuck. It is a sacred space designed to help you let go of old emotional weight, quiet the mind, and step back into your true essence.

BodyWisdom™ True transformation cannot happen just in the mind; it must be anchored deep within your physical body and energetic blueprint. BodyWisdom™ is an intimate, immersive treatment designed for empaths, seekers, and those ready to rise above old survival stories. Led by Kristine McGarry, LMT, this container bridges earth-centered shamanic practices, and high-frequency energy work and breathwork. Together, we will clear the static of the outside world, activate your inner compass, and build the unshakeable boundaries you need to thrive as a sensitive soul.

Grounding Massage: Experience the harmonious blend of Swedish massage and traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. By using long, flowing strokes and forearm techniques that mimic the rhythm of the ocean, this deeply nourishing massage melts away knots while releasing stagnant energy and emotional blocks.

By calming the nervous system and easing muscular tightness, you are left feeling restored rather than depleted. Kristine will guide you through a Grounding Meditation at the end of your treatment to bring you back to yourself in a loving and powerful way.

To give back to the community that helped build her practice, this treatment if offered on an accessible, community-supported sliding scale.
