My background includes MyoSkeletal Alignment Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, TMJ/Buccal Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Somatic Therapy, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Assisted and PNF Stretching, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Myofascial Release and Cupping Therapy and Hot Stone/Synergy Stone Massage. I also offer Head Spa treatments, Body wraps, Back Spa, Body Rejuvenation scrub and wrap treatments, Red light Therapy and Infrared Sauna

I spent many years serving as a Doula and Hypnobabies Childbirth Educator, helping moms with fertility/infertility Massage.

To further the body's natural healing processes, I may incorporate tools such as cupping, Dolphin Microcurrent Therapy, Tok Sen, Tuning forks when appropriate.

Relaxation plays a vital role in calming and regulating the nervous system, allowing the body to release tension, restore balance and function more efficiently. My intention is to help reset and relax the Nervous System through thoughtful therapeutic bodywork that supports lasting well-being.
