Hi! I’m Rosie, owner of Redemption Massage Therapy and a NYS licensed massage therapist. I’m so excited to bring you along on this journey with me.

I believe growth is a choice.

No matter where you’ve been or what your story looks like, every day is an opportunity to learn, heal, and move forward.

Massage therapy is more than a profession for me,it’s a way to help people reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re carrying stress, recovering from the demands of daily life, or simply need time to reset, my goal is to create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and prioritize your well-being.

The best version of yourself isn’t created overnight. It’s built through the small choices you make every day to care for your mind, body, and spirit.

That’s the heart behind Redemption Massage Therapy and the reason I love what I do.

Thank you for being here and trusting me to be a part of your journey as you redeem your best self.
