Hello, friends! I currently offer therapeutic mobile massage and holistic bodywork throughout Troup County, Georgia, bringing personalized care directly to your home, office, or event space. If in-studio sessions are more your thing, consider booking some time on Fridays and Saturdays when I have in-studio hours available at The Center for Mindful Exploration (1200 Washington Street, Lagrange, GA).

My work is designed for people who want to feel better in their bodies and minds — whether you are an athlete recovering from training, a caregiver carrying stress and fatigue, someone managing chronic pain or tension, or a person navigating anxiety, overwhelm, grief, burnout, or major life transitions.

Each session is customized to your body, goals, and pressure preferences. During sessions, I typically use a blend of techniques to support muscular recovery, nervous-system regulation, relaxation, energetic balance, and whole-body restoration.

My approach is intuitive, grounded, and client-centered — ranging from calming restorative work to focused therapeutic bodywork for areas of chronic tension, pain, and mobility restriction. I welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, bodies, identities, and walks of life. I aim to create a safe, respectful, and effective session every time.

Mobile sessions are available by appointment in LaGrange and surrounding areas with in-studio sessions at The Center for Mindful Exploration available on Fridays and Saturdays only (1200 Washington Street, Lagrange, GA). HSA and FSA payments are accepted.
