Welcome to 1917 Zenergy - Holistic Pathways

At 1917 Zenergy, wellness begins by exploring the connection between body, mind and energy. I provide personalized sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, pain relief and overall well-being through intentional, holistic care.

Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, anxiety, headaches, burnout, or everyday tension, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help calm the body, restore the balance, and encourage your body's natural ability to renew and rebalance.

Inspired by the Enso circle and the Explorer spirit, 1917 Zenergy offers more than a massage-it's an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your body's natural pathways to balance and renewal.

Helping you explore your body's natural pathways to balance, restoration, and renewal.

1917 Zenergy- Holistic Pathways Explore Within. Live in Balance.
