I'm Deb Phelps, founder of Peaceful Wellness. I have been a meditation practitioner and teacher since 1980 and am a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Sound & Energy Healing Practitioner, Yoga Specialist, and Aromatherapist.

As a lifelong musician and wellness educator, I bring together sound, mindfulness, meditation, aromatherapy, energy healing, intuition, and compassionate presence to create personalized experiences that support relaxation, resilience, and well-being.

My approach is trauma-sensitive, client-centered, and focused on creating a safe and supportive environment where you can slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are seeking relief from stress, support for better sleep, nervous system restoration, or simply a peaceful place to pause and receive, I welcome you exactly as you are.

All sessions are fully clothed and tailored to your individual needs and comfort level.

Accessibility Note: Private Sound & Energy Healing sessions take place in the Wellness Room on the lower level, which is accessed by a flight of stairs. Please contact Deb before booking if using stairs may be difficult for you so we can discuss your needs and determine whether the space will be comfortable and accessible for you.
