Because self-care isn't extra. It's essential.

I'm Deb Phelps, founder of Peaceful Wellness. I have been a meditation practitioner and teacher since 1980 and am a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Sound & Energy Healing Practitioner, Yoga Specialist, and Aromatherapist.

As a lifelong musician and wellness educator, I bring together sound, mindfulness, meditation, aromatherapy, energy healing, intuition, and compassionate presence to create personalized experiences that support relaxation, resilience, and well-being.

My approach is trauma-sensitive, client-centered, and focused on creating a safe and supportive environment where you can slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are seeking relief from stress, support for better sleep, nervous system restoration, or simply a peaceful place to pause and receive, I welcome you exactly as you are.

All sessions are fully clothed and tailored to your individual needs and comfort level.

Hear what our clients have to say about Sound & Energy Healing with Deb:

I came in feeling stressed and overwhelmed and had been struggling with sleep. After my session with Deb, I felt deeply relaxed and slept better than I had in a long time. The experience was peaceful, calming, and exactly what I needed.

I really loved the Sonic Vibrational Massage. I could feel the waves of vibration moving throughout my body, and it was unlike anything I had experienced before. I felt deeply relaxed afterward and slept very well that night.

During my private sound healing session, Deb placed singing bowls on and around my body, allowing me to experience the vibrations directly. I could feel the waves of sound moving through me, creating a deep sense of relaxation and release. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and profoundly at peace.

I had recently experienced a very stressful and traumatic situation and wasn't sure I could relax. The gentle vibrations of the singing bowls helped me settle in a way I hadn't been able to on my own. I felt deeply supported and rested during the session, and that feeling continued into the next day. It was exactly what I needed.
