Hi everyone! I’m Suzie Danner, and I’m so glad to be the instructor this semester. I’ve been a massage therapist for more than 19 years, working in a variety of settings that have deepened my understanding of the human body and the art of bodywork. The body is more than muscles and bones—it’s a dynamic, interconnected system that thrives when cared for with skill and compassion.

I’m a proud Saint Paul College alumna and now working as an instructor, I know firsthand the incredible value of the program you’re part of. My teaching style is hands-on and focused on functional anatomy. I want my students to become not just competent massage therapists, but skilled, intuitive muscle workers who can identify and address the root causes of pain.

I’m committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. This clinic will be a space where we respect diversity. When I’m not in the classroom, I love exploring new wellness techniques, attending workshops, and continuing my own learning journey. One of my favorite recent adventures is serving as a trainer for an National and World Championship Ultimate Frisbee team. I have traveled with them, kept the athletes' game-ready, and somehow ended up in their documentary. And, yes, my disc-throwing skills are still questionable.
