Hi, I’m Jordan, though most people know me as JB. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Wellness Professional dedicated to helping clients move better, feel better, and prioritize their overall well being.

My passion for helping people move and feel better started long before I became a massage therapist. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, played four years of collegiate basketball, and have spent years studying human movement, recovery, performance, and overall wellness.

My professional background includes certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and Certified Nutrition Specialist. This diverse background allows me to look beyond individual muscles and consider how movement, recovery, mobility, and lifestyle factors all work together.

With over 10 years of hands on experience, I take a personalized approach to every session. Rather than following a one size fits all routine, I customize each massage based on your goals, preferences, and what your body needs that day. My work may incorporate techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Assisted Stretching, Theragun Therapy, Myofascial Techniques, and other therapeutic approaches.
