Slow Flow Massage Therapy by Jennifer was created to give clients a safe place to rest and reset their nervous system. I offer quiet sessions to help you take a break from the demand of everyday life. All of the sessions are customized to you! I focus and connect with the body using slow movements while matching breathing patterns to make effective, healthy changes systematically. Together, the client and I will determine the best pressure to be applied based on many factors.

I have been a Massage Therapist since 2020, with personal and professional knowledge of trauma recovery and pain management. I understand chronic, debilitating pain and how it affects daily life. I am devoted to helping clients improve quality of life and overall wellness!
