I offer quiet sessions to help you take a break from the demand of everyday life. All of the sessions are customized to you! I focus and connect with the body using slow movements while matching breathing patterns to make effective, healthy changes systematically. Together, the client and I will determine the best pressure to be applied based on many factors.
