I got into this line of work because I wanted to help people avoid needing surgery, stay mobile, and ultimately feel good.

In the years leading up to going to massage school, I found that the technique that most effectively addressed my concerns were structural integration sessions from people who attended the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute®. If I was going to be a massage therapist I wanted to be as effective as the LMTs that helped me.

Now I too offer structural integration and the Rolfing ten-series™. Inspired by working in a Spa, I also tailor sessions to be full body and more relaxing than a Rolfing® session.

Guided by what I see and feel, I use what I have learned to help my clients the best I can.
