Welcome to Ida's Hands Massage and Wellness. Located right here in Marion, Iowa, our practice was founded by licensed massage therapist Keyonna Parnell with a deeply personal mission. The name Ida’s Hands is a heartfelt tribute to Keyonna’s grandmother, a remarkable woman who dedicated her life to making sure every single person who crossed her threshold felt completely at home, safe, and genuinely cared for.

Having held a passion for the healing power of massage for as long as she can remember, Keyonna infuses that exact same spirit of grandmotherly warmth, safety, and hospitality into her professional practice today. Specializing in restorative Swedish and therapeutic bodywork, Keyonna’s goal goes beyond temporary pain relief. She is dedicated to creating a deeply comfortable environment where your body can truly rest, unwind, and heal.

Whether you are looking to escape everyday stress or find relief from chronic physical tension, you are family the moment you step through the door. Welcome home to healing.
