Kalma Massage aims to provide services to help an individual connect themselves to their Self. Through Massage, Breath Work, Treatments, and Self-healing support, it is my goal to help clients feel themselves again with help to listen, feel and relate to the body, relax the mind, and release pinned up trauma and stress.

No two bodies are the same and massages shouldn’t be either. Regular bodywork improves sleep, improves blood circulation, boosts immune function, and prevents injury among so many other benefits. Massage is not a medical cure-all, but an organic trigger that aids the body in healing itself.
