My work blends therapeutic massage, energy healing, and intuitive bodywork to support the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.

Each session is guided by careful listening to the body and an intuitive awareness of where tension, restriction, or energetic imbalance may be held.

I incorporate a combination of nervous system regulation, Thai-inspired techniques, myofascial work, and Reiki energy healing. Through these approaches, I work with the muscles, fascia, and energetic body to release tension and restore flow.

This approach is especially supportive for those experiencing chronic muscle tension, recurring pain patterns, stress, fibromyalgia, or nervous system overwhelm. Sessions can also be deeply restorative for anyone simply seeking relaxation, grounding, and space to reset.

Above all, I hold a calm and supportive environment where the body feels safe to soften, unwind, and allow its natural healing processes to occur.
