I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS) and completed a 135-hour Certified Lymphedema Therapist training program in 2024. Using the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, I help clients address water retention, bloating, and normal swelling (edema) while supporting the body's natural healing processes. I also provide Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and assisted stretching techniques. With advanced knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy, and physiology from medical training as an EMT and nursing student, treatments are tailored with both therapeutic intention and attention to detail.
