Hi, I’m Sydnie Martens, founder of Saige Studio Massage & Bodywork. With an Associate’s degree in Massage Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, I created Saige Studio to provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps people feel better both physically and mentally.

Saige Studio Massage & Bodywork offers mobile massage therapy designed to help you slow down, recover, and reconnect with your body in the comfort of your own home. I believe healing should feel calm, supportive, and personal, without the stress of traffic, waiting rooms, or rushed appointments.

My approach combines therapeutic bodywork with a holistic mindset to support your nervous system, improve mobility, relieve pain, and help you feel more balanced in everyday life.
