Hi, I’m Sydnie Martens, founder of Saige Studio Massage & Bodywork. With an Associate’s degree in Massage Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, I created Saige Studio to provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps people feel better both physically and mentally.

Saige Studio Massage & Bodywork offers mobile massage therapy designed to help you slow down, recover, and reconnect with your body in the comfort of your own home. I believe healing should feel calm, supportive, and personal, without the stress of traffic, waiting rooms, or rushed appointments.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re experiencing chronic tension, muscle pain, fatigue, stress, or simply need time to reset. My approach combines therapeutic bodywork with a holistic mindset to support your nervous system, improve mobility, relieve pain, and help you feel more balanced in everyday life.
