Hello there, I’m Kelly, the face behind Kneaded Moments. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in January 2026), and I’m genuinely so passionate about helping people feel better, move better, and feel more like themselves again.

My path into massage therapy is actually really personal. About a decade ago, I had a severe crush injury to my left leg that essentially destroyed the muscles in my calf from my knee to my ankle. Don’t worry, I’m back to 100% now. Massage was a huge part of my recovery, and that’s when it really clicked for me how powerful this work is. On top of that, I came from a high-stress corporate career where massage was my go-to for dealing with tension, tight muscles, and all the daily chaos, so trust me, I get it, whether you’re on your own healing journey or just need to relax and reset.

Kneaded Moments is my little space for you to slow down, reset, and actually take a breath, because let’s be real, we don’t do that enough. Every session is customized to what your body needs that day, whether that’s working through stubborn tension, helping with pain, or giving you time to unwind and step away from your to-do list.

My goal is simple. You walk out feeling lighter, looser, refreshed, and like a better version of yourself. And hopefully already looking forward to your next session.
