Whether you climb, train, compete, work physically demanding jobs, are recovering from injuries, or simply want to stay active without pain, sessions are designed to support recovery, mobility, performance, and long-term body maintenance.

After experiencing a serious knee injury as a teenager and seeing firsthand how important bodywork was in the recovery process, I developed a deep appreciation for the role massage therapy can play in helping people heal, move confidently again, and reconnect with their bodies. That personal experience continues to shape a treatment approach grounded in empathy, professionalism, and an understanding of the physical and mental challenges that can come with injury and recovery.

With a movement-informed and results-oriented approach, treatment focuses on helping clients reduce tension, recover from overuse and injury, and continue doing their activities with greater comfort and confidence. I focus on helping active people feel better in their bodies and get back to the things they love.

As a mobile practice, sessions are brought directly to clients in their homes, workplaces, or preferred spaces.
