Helping people feel their best in their bodies is what drew me to massage therapy. I received my training at the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, New Hampshire, and am a Licensed Massage Therapist in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I believe massage is about more than relaxation—it’s an opportunity to ease muscle tension, support recovery, improve how your body feels and moves, and simply give yourself time to reset.

My approach is personalized and client-focused because every body is different, and what you need can change from one session to the next. I tailor each massage to meet you where you are that day, with the goal of helping you move and feel better while providing a comfortable, welcoming space to relax, recover, and renew.
