When living in a world that's so fast paced and demanding, sometimes we neglect and sacrifice the most important thing in our routines--

ourselves.

After almost 8 years of being in the spa industry as a licensed Esthetician and Licensed Massage Therapist, I wanted to create a space for those who need healing, rejuvenation, and a space to breathe. I work with an array of trained techniques and intuitive approaches ranging from superficial work like manual lymphatic therapy to deep tissue and sports massage--as well as utilizing modalities like cupping and hot stones.

Burnout at the end of the day can be heavy, whether it's emotional, mental, or physical, our body reacts the same way. It guards and protects the most vital thing to itself--you. It's easy to get lost in the routines, numb to things happening around us, and dysregulated when stress becomes overwhelming--and sometimes it can be hard to find our way back to ourselves. Taking a step towards wellness can be intimidating and overwhelming. Sometimes you just need somebody to help start this new beginning with you.
