Hello and welcome Soma + Spirit Massage & Bodywork, LLC. I’m Kate Braniff, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. I attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts where I studied Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports and oncology massage as well as lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage. My interest in massage began when I was 5-years-old. My mom, who was a registered nurse, often asked me to rub her tired and sore feet.

After working in the stressful world of public relations and marketing for a number of years, I was burned out, tired and sore, myself. The pain in my neck and shoulders prompted me to seek out a massage therapist, not knowing what to expect. She worked on all of my "knots" and sore spots and I felt relief for the first time in years. This inspired me to drop my marketing job and become a massage therapist.
