Welcome to Homeostasis! I’m glad you’re here! :)

My name is Britany La Sorella and I practice Massage Therapy in Chico California!

Homeostasis is the meeting point of scientific regulation and spiritual grounding—and that’s exactly where my work lives.
Through personalized targeted massage techniques, the parasympathetic nervous system “rest and restore” is activated to create a deep sense of safety, stillness, and inner coherence. Whether that’s through Deep Tissue, Prenatal or somewhere between! Each session is crafted to calm the mind, soften the body, and help clients reconnect with their natural state of harmony. It’s not about achieving perfect stillness, but about cultivating the ability to move through life’s fluctuations while returning to a steady, grounded center.
This is more than bodywork; it’s a guided return to balance.
