Manu was born and raised in Germany and joined Cullasaja Club in 2009 as a Board-Certified and North Carolina Licensed Massage Therapist. She offers a variety of therapeutic bodywork services including Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu, Thai Yoga Massage, Cupping, Hot Stone Therapy, and Reflexology.

With a lifelong passion for movement and wellness, Manu creates personalized sessions designed to relieve tension, support recovery, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being. In addition to her massage therapy background, she has training in yoga, group fitness, Personal Training, Older Adult Fitness, and Pilates Reformer instruction.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Health Education and experience teaching at the college level, Manu combines hands-on expertise with a strong understanding of functional movement and mind–body wellness. Her love of travel and global wellness traditions continues to inspire her work and approach to client care.
